COURSE LOCATIONS
In anticipation of a large number of participants, courses will be held in various locations, five of which have reserved guestrooms. Exact course locations will be printed on your Participant Transcript which you will receive in your onsite registration packet.
ACCOMMODATIONS
At each reserved hotel, guestrooms are available after 3:00 p.m. the day before your courses start, and checkout is before 12 noon on the last day of your course. For directions to a hotel, please contact the hotel directly or visit the hotel Web site. Please check onsite at your hotel for a shuttle schedule if you have various course locations.
Note on room rates : The Hilton Washington, Capital Hilton, Renaissance Mayflower Hotel, and The Churchill Hotel are offering room rates of $162 single/$187 double per night plus 14.5% city tax. The Courtyard by Marriott is offering a room rate of $175 single/double per night plus 14.5% city tax. Rates are subject to change based on the GSA schedule. Before you make reservations, please read your registration confirmation carefully for details about your course locations.
