Special Wednesday Symposium
HO916 Reclaiming the Vision of Homeownership: Challenges and Solutions
February 29, 2012
Westin Bonaventure Hotel
Since 2008, the homeownership industry has fought to mitigate the catastrophe of the foreclosure crisis. While all sectors have worked shoulder-to-shoulder to address the multifaceted sources and symptoms of this crisis, the homeownership-related challenges we are facing seem to mutate over time, and the effects of the crisis are cropping up in numerous ways.
Join us for a thought-provoking day of exploration and dynamic discussion as together – and with the guidance of nationally-recognized experts – we examine the current and future states of homeownership, both nationally and in our communities.
NeighborWorks Training Institute
Los Angeles, CA • February 27-March 2, 2012
One of the great US cities, Los Angeles is a place everyone feels like they've been to, even if they haven't. In the downtown area alone, Los Angeles has such ethnically and culturally diverse neighborhoods and sights, it's easy to see how, for over a century, the city has been a magnet for people from near and far. With its tremendous revitalization efforts on display, the city is a perfect backdrop for our gathering of affordable housing and community development professionals to learn and network. Join us in Los Angeles to build your skills and enhance your career.
