AH232 Green Building Fundamentals for Affordable Housing
This course will provide an in-depth introduction to "greening" affordable housing — that is energy-efficient, durable, healthy and environmentally responsible.
AH245 Integrating Green Fundamentals into Multifamily Housing
This course will review basic green building principles and then apply them to multifamily and senior housing to promote developments that are energy and water efficient, incorporate daylighting, include healthful materials and construction methods and provide 21st century systems coordination.
CB245 Taking Green Action in Your Community
