Professional Certificate Program
Safe, Sustainable Affordable Housing Housing that is physically and financially sustainable can change lives and improve neighborhoods. The shortage of affordable housing and the fierce competition for funds has been a national issue for many decades and the current economic crisis has brought these issues to new localities. The challenge for quality, affordable housing requires confident skills in project management, and knowledge of the many public and private financial resources. |
Earn a Professional CertificateProgram courses are open to all training institute participants, but in order to be eligible for the professional certificate, candidates must formally enroll in the Professional Certificate Program by submitting an enrollment form. Professional Certificate in Affordable Housing is awarded to individuals who successfully complete a required series of courses and a final applied assignment. Each candidate must take a total of nine courses to receive a certificate, and pass the appropriate tests. |
