Welcome to the online testing page! Below are links to the available online tests in order of course content area. Each content area has a link to specific instructions for courses within that section. Please read these instructions before taking your test, as they contain important information about testing procedures.

A password is now required in order to access Homeownership and Community Lending final exams.  Passwords will be provided at the end of the course by your instructor.  If you no longer have or did not receive the password, please contact NeighborWorks America's Customer Response team at nti@nw.org, or 1-800-438-5547. We'll verify your course attendance and provide you the password immediately. Note: A password is not needed for HO345 pre-test.

General steps for taking an online test:

1. In the Test Links section below, click on the appropriate content area (ex. Affordable Housing) and read the testing instructions for that section.

2. Click on the name of the course test you need to take (ex. For AH111, click on "Using the CDBG Program").

3. The link will take you directly to the test, but it may take a few seconds for the assessment page to load. Good luck!
