The Nonprofit Housing Management Specialist
February 19-23, 2007 • Atlanta

The next offering of the Nonprofit Housing Management Specialist (NHMS) will be at the NeighborWorks Training Institute in Atlanta. This is the first time NHMS has been offered at an institute. NHMS, the entry-level asset management certification from CHAM, consists of an intensive five-day survey course for property managers, community development corporation staff, and directors of property management who are building new systems. It helps property managers transition from the "how-to" to the "how well are we doing what we're doing?" system of good asset management.

CHAM recommends taking the AM121 Nuts and Bolts of Asset Management for Asset Managers course at a NeighborWorks Training Institute prior to registering for NHMS.

Click here for registration information for the NHMS in Atlanta (course number AM350) and take advantage of the networking opportunities available to you at the training institute.

CHAM is a collaboration of Enterprise Community Partners, Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and NeighborWorks America.
