Scholarships for the Foreclosure Solutions series are now available for the NeighborWorks Training Institute in New Orleans, May 7-11, 2012. See the link below to apply.
The CDFI Fund has contracted NeighborWorks America to be the provider of complimentary training and technical assistance designed to build the capacity of CDFIs, including how to capitalize your CDFI, how to operate highly effective foreclosure prevention programs, and how to best manage financial and real estate assets.
The Capacity Building Initiative will greatly expand technical assistance and training opportunities for Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) nationwide and significantly boost the ability of CDFIs to deliver financial products and services to underserved communities.
The three series in this program are:
- Foreclosure Solutions Series (use scholarship code CDFIHOLA)
The Native American series is a two-year, cohort-based program whose members are already selected.
Scholarship codes for registration
Scholarships covering the cost of tuition only for the training courses listed in the far right column are available exclusively to staff at CDFIs and lending institutions wishing to become CDFIs.
