| Rich Petersen is a Senior Program Officer at Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. of Columbia, Maryland, a leading provider of the development capital and expertise it takes to create decent, affordable homes and rebuild communities. A graduate of Siena College, Rich has over 30 years experience in developing and implementing programs that assist low-income individuals to move up and out of poverty. In 1999, President Clinton recognized Rich’s outstanding contributions to the field of workforce development and awarded him with the Welfare to Work Associate of the Year Award. |
