| Oscar Saenz is a licensed real estate agent in Texas. He has worked in the housing and community development industry since 1983, beginning with Rural Development Agency, an agency formerly known as Farmers Home Administration. Saenz is currently working for a private developer as manager of Realtor® relations and working as an onsite new home sales consultant. He has worked for the Department of Commerce and the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs administering Housing and Urban Development’s State HOME Program. Saenz worked for NeighborWorks® America as a management consultant, specializing in business and strategic planning and development, for more than 5 years.
Saenz has sold over $3 million dollars in new home sales in the greater Austin Metro area. He as attainted numerous Sales Awards based on sales volume and has received the Most Valuable Award from Lennar Homes, a national homebuilder.
Saenz has a degree from Texas A&M University in Kingsville, Texas in Sociology and Minor in Psychology. He is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors® and National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
