| Jane Carbone is Senior Project Manager for Homeowner’s Rehab. Inc, a non profit affordable housing developer based in Cambridge Mass,. established in 1974.
Jane oversees the development of affordable rental and homeownership opportunities for Cambridge families at HRI. She coordinates all aspects of the project from predevelopment thru construction. She recently completed several sustainable developments (new construction and existing multifamily) using green development principles and practices.Ms Carbone also initiated the framework for HRI to incorporate sustainability in all their developments (new construction and existing housing stock which is over 950 affordable units.)
Ms. Carbone received her BA in Environmental Design and City Planning from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst Massachusetts and is a licensed construction supervisor and LEED AP Professional.
