Instructor Name: John Dragat
 
John Dragat is a principal of NDC Development Associates and provides an oversight role on many of the firm’s projects. During his 21-year career, he has managed the development of more than 1.5 million square feet of projects in Manhattan, Washington D.C., and throughout New England. He has been involved in all phases of commercial development and has gained significant experience in the procurement of federal, state and local permits and approvals. His long career in the real estate development business has gained him significant experience: acquiring sites, assembling teams, obtaining permits and approvals, overseeing design and construction, and managing tight budgets. Dragat is currently developing One Brigham Circle, a mixed-use project in Mission Hill adjacent to the Longwood Medical Area, as well as several projects for Roche Bros. Supermarkets. He completed work on Liberty Mutual Group’s corporate office campus in Dover, New Hampshire. Dragat holds a BS from Boston University, and is currently a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
