Carilee Witta Warner has worked in the community development field throughout the United States as a trainer, management consultant, and facilitator for more than 20 years. As a management consultant for the Organizational Development Practice Group of NeighborWorks America, she is familiar with the unique characteristics of a variety of governance models and approaches that NeighborWorks organizations are using. Along with a team of organizational development specialists, Warner has studied and worked with a variety of boards to investigate best practices and strategies for effective board work. Warner has a BS in Housing from the University of Minnesota.
