| Since joining the Study Circles Resource Center in 1996, Sarah Campbell has served in a variety of capacities, including deputy director and training director. Currently, as senior program director, Campbell works with SCRC staff and field associates to provide a range of training and technical support to study circle programs across the country. She also contributes to SCRC's many publications, and frequently represents SCRC in national partnerships.
Prior to joining the Study Circles Resource Center, Campbell led the development of a statewide study circle effort in Maine. This program began as a statewide council of churches, and grew into an independent agency called The Roundtable Center. In this capacity, she provided central leadership in the visioning, conceptualizing, and implementation of a comprehensive program. Campbell also developed a cadre of more than 250 adults and young people trained in study circle facilitation who volunteered their services in many projects.
Campbell has a background in communications and public relations, and has additional training in group process and facilitation, training design and leadership development. |
