| Linda Anderson has been director of human resources for the Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago, one of the nation’s largest community revitalization organizations, since 2003. Anderson is responsible for the development of strategic HR initiatives and provides consultation to the executive team on all areas of human resources. Previous positions for Anderson include the director of human resources of the Greater Chicago Food Depository and the director of human resources for the Ounce of Prevention Fund. She also has extensive experience in the business community with AT&T where she was a human resource manager, learning manager and opportunity assessment manager.
Anderson has a Bachelor of Science from De Paul University and has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University. She has numerous Human Resource designations and affiliations, including: PHR Certification, SHMR Learning System Certification, Human Resources and Law Certification from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
