| Chuck Baum holds a bachelor of science in Urban Planning as well as a Certificate in Planning and was awarded the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award by the University of Cincinnati School of Planning faculty for the top graduate in the program. He has had several planning articles published in various local newspapers and is currently completing the final year towards a Master of Community Planning (MCP) advanced degree at the University of Cincinnati. Professionally, he has worked for local property developers as well as personal property investment and management in Ohio and Florida. He has also worked extensively as a planner in Dade and Lee counties in South Florida. He has worked at Cincinnati Area Geographic Information System (CAGIS) in 2004 and is currently employed as GIS, finance, and marketing consultant by NeighborWorks America in Cincinnati. |
