Dale Cook is regional vice president, responsible for equity investments in the southwest region for Paramount Financial Group, Inc., a subsidiary of GMAC Commercial Mortgage, providing multi-family development partners investment equity for both tax credit and market rate communities. Prior to joining Paramount, Cook was the financial advisor to the largest non-profit housing provider in Texas. With 20 years of experience, he holds a MBA and BA in Finance.
