| Brian Dale has more than 13 years experience in investment banking and mortgage banking services in the commercial real estate industry. Dale is currently managing director, GMAC Commercial Holding Capital Corporation, a Denver based investment banking firm which specializes in affordable housing financing. He joined GMAC (formerly Newman and Associates) in 1996, where he structures multifamily, tax-exempt revenue bonds and real estate financings. Dale received an MBA. from the University of Michigan and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley. |
