| Rodger Hara is a director in the Denver office of Prudential Huntoon Paige, where he specializes in financing affordable rental housing. He has been involved in the financing, development and operation of affordable housing of all types for over 25 years. Hara has worked at the city, state and federal levels in the public sector as well as the private and nonprofit sectors,and his experience includes projects with the Denver Housing Authority, Colorado Housing and Financing Authority, HUD, and various mortgage companies in Denver, Washington D.C., and Boston. Hara is an active member of several nonprofit and foundation boards, and is a winner of the prestigious 2004 Colorado Housing NOW! Eagle Award.
