Ismael Guerrero is vice president at U.S. Bank Community Development Corporation. At U.S. Bank CDC, Guerrero is responsible for purchasing equity interests in Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects in the west. Prior to joining U.S. Bank CDC, he worked in the affordable housing field for more than 14 years in the public and private sectors in Chicago and Denver, including Rocky Mountain Mutual Housing Association and Mercy Housing.
