| As a Success Measures management consultant with NeighborWorks America, Jessica Anders is responsible for providing technical assistance and training to local community development organizations using the Success Measures outcome-based evaluation approach and Success Measures Data System (SMDS). She coordinates the development of additional indicators and data collection tools, helps organizations integrate evaluation into their organizational structure and has played a key role in the SMDS requirements analysis. Previously she was a research associate for the McAuley Institute and program coordinator for the Youth Development Initiative at the University of Tennessee. She has a MA from the University of Florida and an AB from Bryn Mawr College. |
