Instructor Name: Teresa Bardwell
 
Teresa provides training and technical assistance for 38 housing counseling agencies in a nine state region. She is currently providing guidance to agencies for programmatic compliance, as well as training for housing counselors through conferences and partnering with Housing and Urban Development, Federal Reserve, and lending institutions. She has provided training for many housing related topics on a national, state and regional level and is on the RCAC train-the-trainer team. She trains annually at state and local conferences throughout the western region and presents many place-based trainings. Prior to RCAC, Teresa served as the housing administrator of Arapahoe County, Colorado. She supervised all facets of their homeownership program, including housing counseling, marketing, client education, underwriting second mortgages, inspections, closings, subordinations and tracking required by federal regulators and funders.
