Lori Hall has served as the President of LL Hall Consulting LLC since 2004. In the role of consultant, she serves as a Trainer for NeighborWorks America’s National Training Institutes. Hall is the editor of “Keeping the American Dream”, 2nd Edition – a workbook for new home owners. With over 24 years experience in the field of community development and affordable housing, Hall is currently Executive Director of Community Housing Resource Partners (CHR Partners), a service provider for low income, multi-family tax credit sites and developer of affordable housing. She has grown CHR Partners to eight employees serving several regions of Texas. Hall served as Deputy Executive Director of Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) of San Antonio for eight years. In this role she was responsible for single family lending, home buyer counseling and education programs, contract compliance, and resource development. At NHS of San Antonio, Hall developed a post purchase workshop and manual for new homebuyers. She also served 13 years with the City of San Antonio in several roles of increasing responsibility. Hall is Chair of the Board of Commissioners for the local development corporation and its nonprofit, known as Office of Urban Revitalization (OUR SA) and San Antonio Affordable Housing Corporation. Hall has served on the Personnel Committee for the King William Neighborhood Association and as a mentor for its scholarship program. Hall holds professional certifications in the following areas: National Community Development Council - Housing Development Finance Professional (2007); National Community Development - Economic Development Finance Professional (2005). She has a B.A. in Journalism and completed graduate work in Public Administration at the University of Houston. |
