| Colleen Schwarz has an extensive background in affordable housing finance and economic development having spent 16 years, predominately in senior management positions, with a top-tier state housing authority. In January 2002, Schwarz joined Newman and Associates, a subsidiary of GMAC Commercial Holding Capital. There she focuses on business development opportunities with state housing authorities Newman is a recognized leader in multi-family affordable housing finance and a first-round recipient of an allocation of New Market Tax Credits. Additionally, Colleen serves on numerous local and national boards including Community Reinvestment Fund, Minneapolis, a provider of liquidity to non-profit and governmental housing and economic development lenders and a New Market Tax Credit recipient. |
