Dennis Morgan, a senior associate at D L Morgan & Associates, has provided technical assistance and training on various issues throughout the country including; HCV homeownership, public housing executive management, eligibility, income and rent, PHAS, Section 8 administration, public housing administration, public housing homeownership, UPCS, HQS, SEMAP, board training, and the PHA plan. Morgan has authored several HCV Homeownership articles including Pioneers Light the Way, An Assessment of the HCV Program, the LISC HCV Training Manual. He has also teamed with other associates to co-author the just released Public Housing Admission and Occupancy Guidebook, and the soon to be released Voucher Homeownership Guidebook. Morgan has more than 34 years' experience in administering high performing PHAs in Toledo, Ohio; Orlando, Florida; and Deland, Florida.
