Instructor Name: Patricia Magnuson
 
Patricia Magnuson has worked with Enterprise Community Partners for over fourteen years. As the national director of supportive housing, she provides technical assistance to local Enterprise staff working on homelessness and special needs housing efforts, oversees a national grants program, manages Enterprise’s national partnerships related to supportive housing, and is involved in national policy advocacy efforts. As a member of the Program Services department she also supports national and local office programming in affordable housing resident services and child care. Magnuson’s experience includes program development, fundraising, training, and technical assistance in the areas listed above, as well as employment and welfare-to-work issues, neighborhood safety, open space/greening, and comprehensive community planning. She also produced a nationally acclaimed video on setting up family child care environments, Many Right Ways, available in English and Spanish through Redleaf Press. Magnuson is a current member of the Housing Plus Services Committee of the National Low Income Housing Coalition, and past Chair of the National Children’s Facilities Network.
