| Dan Mendelson has almost 25 years of housing and community development experience. He has worked for public, community-based and private institutions and businesses, including almost 14 years with the Enterprise Social Investment Corporation helping it grow its Low Income Tax Credit business to nearly $500 million per year. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and has a wide range of volunteer activities including The Loading Dock, The American Visionary Arts Museum, and the Maryland Center for Veterans Education and Training. He is currently working with Chesapeake Community Advisors as a special consultant. He approaches issues with a nonprofit heart but a business head and enjoys negotiating and structuring transactions and programs. |
