Meghan Estabrook is a consultant whose area of expertise is Geographic Information Systems. She has worked with the Great Lakes District of NeighborWorks America over the past two years to establish a system to map characteristics of Great Lakes NeighborWorks organizations. She holds a BA in sociology from the College of the Holy Cross and a master of community planning degree from the University of Cincinnati.
