Jennifer Covert is the manager of the National Measurement Initiative for Mercy Housing, a nonprofit organization founded in 1981 that has developed more than 19,100 affordable multi- and single-family homes serving 56,000 residents. Covert currently oversees resident services outcome measurement in over 80 affordable housing communities nationwide. Prior to this position, she managed the Community Partnership Initiative for Rocky Mountain Mutual Housing Association, where she managed 12 strategic, service-delivery partnerships worth $230,000 annually. She has twelve years of nonprofit experience in resource development, program development, and evaluation, and is a part-time consultant specializing in instructional design and facilitation. She has a Masters in Education from Antioch University.
