Philip Porter is an acquisitions manager at Enterprise Social Investment Corporation (ESIC) where he acquires, underwrites, and closes tax credit investments for as the team leader for the Midwest. He is directly responsible for working with developers based in Arkansas, Minnesota, and Nebraska. He has been involved in housing finance, development, and management since 1992 and is an NAHB Housing Credit Certified Professional. Prior to joining ESIC, Porter developed and managed affordable housing with Woodland Associates Inc. in North Carolina, underwrote HOME loans with the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, and managed market rate housing with Oxford Management Company in California. Porter has a BA from Stanford University and both MBA and Master of Regional Planning degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
