| Michele Hartson currently serves as the State Coordinator for the Florida Weatherization Network. She recently returned to Florida after an enjoyable experience working for Enterprise Community Partners in Columbia, MD. Michele still runs the business that she and her husband started in 2005. Prior to her work in Maryland she served as the ED of the Florida Housing Coalition, in Tallahassee, FL. A talented and vibrant organizer and facilitator she seeks to create organizational cultures that foster learning, innovation and effectiveness. |
