Instructor Name: Dale Prunoske
 
Mr. Prunoske is the Director of Housing Rehabilitation Programs for Rural Opportunities, Inc. Mr. Prunoske has over 25 years of experience in both the private and the not-for-profit housing industries including both multi-family and single family housing. Currently he is responsible for the oversight and operation of the single family housing rehabilitation programs; acquisition, rehab and resale programs; the energy conservation programs and the mini-repair program at ROI. Mr. Prunoske is a NYS licensed home inspector and a certified asbestos inspector. Mr. Prunoske holds a Master of Public Administration degree.
