Kevin Flanagan is the founder of Community Lending Solutions, a consulting firm that specializes in mortgage lending related activities for nonprofits and other affordable housing advocates. Flanagan possesses an extensive background in mortgage lending that includes experience with both nonprofits and private sector lenders.

Prior to forming CLS in 2000, Flanagan was the director of training for the Midwest Division of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Corporation. He joined Wells Fargo (then Norwest Mortgage) in 1993 and held various positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of sales management, operations management, strategic planning, and staff development.
