Becky Eschenburg Consulting provides high quality training, curriculum development, technical assistance, organizational and leadership development and project management to the community development field. Eschenburg specializes in training design and facilitation, coaching, strategic thinking and adaptive leadership development.

Eschenburg worked at NeighborWorks America, a national nonprofit agency providing training and technical assistance to community development organizations, for ten years. She first served as a Resident Leadership Specialist, where she gained extensive experience in the area of community building and organizing. This experience includes developing a national pilot program to quantitatively measure the success of community organizing work.

In her most recent job as Staff Development Manager for NeighborWorks America, Eschenburg was a subject matter expert in designing and delivering training both in person and via technology. She managed an online learning program and trained to more effectively design and delivery web-based learning.

Eschenburg has a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire in Sociology and Women’s Studies. She also has a master’s in Journalism from Northeastern University. She worked both as a freelance print journalist (interviewing community development professionals) as well as a news desk coordinator at an ABC affiliate TV station.
