Jaime Legaspi, principal of Finca Management Inc. and FMI Realty Group, is based in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Legaspi also works as a consultant to nonprofit organizations in the areas of affordable housing, development and WIA (Workforce Investment Act). He served as a chief financial officer for several nonprofit housing organizations in southern California. Legaspi is also certified as a master trainer for the construction trades through NCCER and as a lead inspector and risk assessor.

Legaspi began working in the field of affordable housing in 1977. As a licensed real estate broker in California, most of his work in homeownership has been dedicated to first-time homebuyers and homeownership education. His extensive experience in the industry has allowed Legaspi to effectively work in diverse areas of development and management of single-family, multifamily, senior housing and commercial real estate.
