| Jeff Nugent is the executive vice president of the Development Training Institute, a national organization devoted to creating community development leaders from the community, private and public sectors. For more than 30 years, Nugent has worked with community organizations, financial institutions, government agencies and foundations, developing innovative strategies, funding vehicles, programs and development projects to assist organizations to realize their goals. In his 19 years with Development Training Institute, he has designed and conducted intensive executive leadership and management programs for community-based development practitioners, bankers and federal bank regulators, government officials and foundation executives.
