Author, speaker, trainer, business owner and Pastor, Randy Wilburn is one of the nation’s leading experts on a variety of real estate-related topics including foreclosure intervention and loss mitigation. As the owner of Randy Wilburn and Company Realtors, Inc., and The Wilburn Group, LLC, Consulting Firm, and founder of Harvest Housing Homebuyer Education Center in Boston, MA, he has spent the last 10 years developing a uniquely deep understanding of all aspects of foreclosure intervention including loan resolutions, short sales, REOs and foreclosure mediation that has enabled him to develop highly effective education programs for both real estate industry professionals, housing counselors and consumers.

In addition to NeighborWorks America, Wilburn consults with a number of states on the implementation of foreclosure intervention programs including the creation and implementation of the first ever training program for foreclosure mediators in Nevada. As a consultant, he has developed curricula for a week-long loss mitigation class, a two-day sales and negotiation class and an REO class for housing counselors that has been successfully taught nationwide.
