Lloyd London is the principal of TYL Homeownership Preservation Services LLC, a Maryland based consulting firm specializing in financial literacy training, housing counselor evaluation services, technical assistance, foreclosure intervention training and trainings and presentations in residential homeownership related courses. He also does training evaluations, auditing and underwriting of mortgage loans for sale into the secondary market. London has a wealth of knowledge in homeownership, pre-purchase and post purchase counseling, foreclosure intervention and lending. He is on the training faculty of NeighborWorks America in the foreclosure intervention training division in such subjects as Foreclosure Intervention and Default Counseling (a certification program), Foreclosure Basics, Advanced Foreclosure: Case Study Practicum, Developing and Implementing a Foreclosure Program and Home Equity Conversion Mortgage. He has been involved in the residential mortgage industry for over 29 years in various lending, underwriting, servicing, counseling and originating positions. London has been actively involved in the real estate finance and counseling industry for the majority of his career. He is a frequent speaker and trainer at community events and national conferences. London is on the adjunct faculty with Southern New Hampshire University and the School of Economic Development, is past president of the board for the Virginia Association of Housing Counselors and a member of the Baltimore Homeownership Preservation Coalition. |
