Instructor Name: Grace Miranda
 

Grace Miranda is president and owner of Miranda and Associates Inc. of Tampa Bay. Miranda and Associates Inc. of Tampa Bay consults with non-profit organizations, public housing authorities, and grassroots organizations in implementing programs and providing facilitation of various workshops in the areas of homeownership, financial literacy, predatory lending, and foreclosure. Previously, she managed the Center for Affordable Homeownership of the Tampa Housing Authority. Miranda also managed the Housing Department for the CDC of Tampa, Inc. where activities included single-family and rental housing development, homeownership programs and contracting services.

Miranda has over 20 years of management experience, 15 years in collections, 15 years in credit and finance, 10 years in foreclosure and loss mitigation, and 7 years in mortgage lending. She holds a bachelor degree in human services, a master degree in organizational management and leadership and is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in leadership education.
