Instructor Name: Pearl Anderson
 

Pearl Green Anderson is a Principal of P&B Consulting Services LLC and also serves as President of the Partnership for Down Payment Assistance. Anderson has served as an executive in state, local and housing finance agencies with primary responsibilities for financial management and administration.

Anderson has also served as full time faculty at Virginia State University teaching Introduction and Advanced Public Sector Budgeting, Human Resources Management, Public Policy Analysis, Grants Management as well as Managing and Designing Effective Public Organizations. As Founder and President of the Partnership for Down Payment Assistance, Anderson has created community partnerships and designed homebuyer education and financial literacy education programs that consistently reach over 2000 persons annually through classes and homeownership counseling.

Anderson holds a BA in Urban Studies from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and an MPA from Harvard University.
