| Since 1988, Alan Arthur has been the President/CEO of Aeon, an award-winning nonprofit developer, owner, and manager of over 1,700 quality affordable apartment homes created under Arthur's leadership. He has owned a single family home construction business, and is a former director of the building, planning and zoning department of Fort Madison, Iowa. Arthur also serves on numerous local and state advisory groups and boards, and is the former chair of the Minnesota Housing Partnership, a statewide coalition that implements educational, legislative and affordable housing strategies. |
