Joe Gonzales, principal of Gonzales and Associates, provides training, mediation, strategic planning support and intervention assistance with organizational conflicts. He is a senior consultant with the Center for Generative Leadership in Boston, the University of Colorado at Denver’s Center for Public/Private Sector Cooperation, Enterprise Community Partners, and Mercy Housing Inc. Gonzales holds a bachelor’s degree in social psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
