Rita Ferrall, president and CEO of Rita L. Ferrall Consultant Inc., has more than 20 years experience in housing, community and economic development, with a focus on real estate development, real estate finance, commercial real estate development, small business development and financing, strategic planning, and organizational development. Ferrall has developed, managed, underwritten and financed more than 5,000 single-family and multifamily housing units, hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, small businesses and churches. Ferrall has worked in both the public and private sectors—as a senior project administrator with a local housing and community development agency and as a former banker with national banks in New York and Washington, D.C.
