Lisa Deller has more than 15 years of experience in the management of low- and moderate-income housing as well as providing technical assistance in the areas of asset and property management and resident initiatives. Deller has a master’s degree in city planning from Boston University and an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
