Athena Viscusi has more than 15 years of experience as a social worker, trainer, activist and community organizer. She is fluent in French and Spanish and is a bilingual social worker and trainer in Washington, DC, with a special emphasis on working in immigrant communities. Viscusi holds a BA degree from Columbia University and an MSW degree from Howard University in Washington, DC.
