Instructor Name: Jannis Ross
 
Jannis M. Ross has more than 15 years experience in mortgage lending, housing and homeownership education. She is currently vice president of emerging markets northeast region wholesale at Wells Fargo and focuses on increasing lending in low-moderate and minority market segments. She was previously a consultant and trainer in affordable housing, housing education and community development, with more than 17 years of experience in finance, affordable housing, mortgage and retail/private banking. Ross was vice president and Midwest regional community lending manager for Bank of America, managing CRA goals and affordable mortgage programs from 1996-2000. Prior to that, she was an affordable housing manager with Freddie Mac and assistant vice president for CRA at Harris Bank.

Ross is an affordable housing advocate who develops and implements community development strategies and participates in housing forums, seminars and conferences. Ross has a MA, BS Depaul University in Marketing and Business Management.
