Instructor Name: Carol Rodrigue
 
Carol Paige Rodrigue, a graduate of Mount Holyoke College, is a business development manager for the Northeast Region of Neighborhood Housing Services of America (NHSA). Customer service, training and technical support for new and existing lending products are at the heart of NHSA services handled by Rodrigue. She is an adjunct professor at North Shore Community College and has more than 20 years of mortgage banking experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors.

As senior program manager at Neighborhood of Affordable Housing (NOAH) in East Boston, she established a very successful and nationally recognized lending program and was instrumental in obtaining NOAH’s Full Cycle Lending certification.

At Commonwealth Mortgage Company in Boston, Rodrigue advanced from underwriter to senior vice president of underwriting of the Southern Division, with loan originations over $500,000,000. Part of her responsibilities included supervision of the loan processing, underwriting and compliance areas of conventional, VH and FHA loan products. Rodrigue also provided mortgage-banking services for financial institutions, Wall Street investors and RTC.
