Autumn Lubin is the president of Yellow Wood Consulting, specializing in training, curriculum development and technical assistance to non-profits, lenders and the real estate industry. Some of the organizations she has provided educational consulting for include NeighborWorks America, several housing finance agencies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Minnesota Association of Minnesota, Don’t Borrow Trouble MN, Minnesota Home Ownership Center and the Minnesota Department of Commerce.

Her recent work includes foreclosure intervention and predatory lending curriculum development and delivery, including the recent development and delivery of a national foreclosure counseling certification course curriculum for NeighborWorks America. Other projects have included leading the development and management of multi-partner, anti-predatory lending initiatives. She also led the development of a statewide foreclosure prevention program and a statewide model for delivering pre- and post-purchase education and counseling. Lubin primarily teaches foreclosure intervention courses for NeighborWorks America.

Prior to consulting, Lubin worked extensively in the servicing and portfolio management industry. She was with the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) for 14 years, managing its loan portfolio and loan administration program development.

She is a past president of the Minnesota Mortgage Foreclosure Prevention Association and a recent recipient of Kenneth Jones Excellence in Training Award, NeighborWorks America, as well as:
