Victoria Basolo, PhD, AICP, has extensive experience as a housing and community development professional in the public and private sectors. She is an assistant professor in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of California at Irvine. Basolo’s areas of expertise include affordable housing decision making at the local level, neighborhood planning and development and affordable housing policy in interorganizational environments.
