Manuel Martinez has 10 years of business and economic development experience. He has served as the director of economic development for a community development corporation in New England. Martinez received the 1999 New England Minority Business Advocate Award from the Small Business Administration. He holds a BA in business from the University of Puerto Rico and a master’s in city planning and real estate development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
