Vincent DiCara has worked in the field of economic development for more than 18 years. In 1991, he established his own consulting firm, Development Consulting Services, and its clients have included municipal and regional governments and economic development corporations. Since 1995, DiCara has developed and conducted training programs for individuals who work in the areas of banking, economic development and community development. He is a graduate of Bowdoin College, Brunswick, Maine, and received a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Maine.
